Stairlifts
A stairlift is designed for individuals that can walk or transfer onto a chair. This may be the perfect solution for people for whom it is too tiring or even too dangerous to safely go up and down the stairs. Stairlifts are available in a variety of configurations for straight staircases or stairs with multiple landings. They can be used on stairs both inside and outside the home.
Why Choose Accessibility Solutions 360 For Stairlifts?
Unlike other stairlift dealers in Pennsylvania, we are not limited to just 1 or 2 manufacturer’s product lines. We currently offer unique solutions by working with 5 stairlift manufacturers to address your accessibility needs. Our product lines include: bariatric lifts for higher weight capacity, perch style lifts that you lean on if you are unable to bend your knees, and seats with harness assemblies, as well as many standard stairlift options. With our no obligation, in-home personalized assessment, we work with you to find the best solution for your stairlift needs. In working with Accessibility Solutions 360, you are now dealing with a full-service accessibility company that can handle additional construction needs that may be required to make the stairlift work for you. We can install an additional outlet to power the lift, or provide additional clearance space by moving handrails or widening the staircase, in addition to installing the stairlift. Other stairlift installers are just that—stairlift installers.

What if I rent my home?
We at Accessibility Solutions 360 are committed to helping families get the mobility equipment that they need. We highly recommend that you get the permission of the landlord for the installation and will help with this process on your behalf if needed.
What if my stairs are too narrow?
Accessibility Solutions 360 is a full-service construction company in addition to being your lift provider. Through an onsite evaluation before the installation, we can determine if modifications to the stairs are needed before the installation of the lift. If modifications are needed our staff will explain the options and if needed do all the work needed.
What if there is no electricity on my steps?
AS 360 is a full-service construction company in addition to being your lift provider. Through an onsite evaluation before the installation, we can determine if an outlet is needed. If you want, we can arrange to install a new receptacle for you.
What if I have a door or hallway that could be blocked by a stairlift?
There are many options when it comes to installing a stairlift that can address these challenges. By providing a thorough in-home evaluation we can help to determine what works best for you and your family. Options include a sliding track, manual and automatic flip up rails and zero intrusion kits. We’re committed to providing you with the best installation possible. To do this we consider everyone’s use of the space in and around the stairlift. AS 360 has one of, if not the largest selection of lifts available from a single source. This means that we have different equipment available that can be tailored to your particular needs.
Do you rent stairlifts?
Unfortunately, we do not rent stairlifts. Most rental companies use recycled stairlifts that they remove from homes for their rental options. These lifts are often not as reliable given their previous use in 1 to 5 homes before installation. With our financial assistance department, the vast majority of our clients either don’t have to pay for a stairlift or they pay such low rates that it is not beneficial to rent a stairlift.
What is the maximum weight capacity of a stairlift?
As a full-service provider of multiple manufacturers stairlifts we have stairlifts capable of transporting you or your loved one up to 600 lbs.
